About Us
A nonprofit organization that provides free training to young people between 14 and 18 years old, who live in a single parent or guardian household, special exceptions can be made. Training teaches morals, problem solving and training in the field of open-ended opportunities using recycled or purchased Styrofoam and mortar. Basic training is provided in an eight-hour course. The course is designed for beginners who have a desire to learn a craft that can help them achieve financial independence.

Kenny, “Sculptor Extraordinaire”, picked up his Northeastern Ohio roots after retiring from the Aerospace Industry as a dedicated and experienced Aluminum Casting Quality Engineer Specialist for 40 years. With him in his 2017 move to Conway, South Carolina, he brought an abundance of raw creative talents. Over the years, Kenny’s many hobbies flourished into a “CONCRETE” dedication to his older brother Topper, the artistic inspiration who drives his unstoppable “Sparking-Spirit”.
Indeed, “TOPPERCRETE” is the foundation of a dream. After formally studying Decorative Concrete in 2009, Kenny put “TopperCrete” on the burner, the front burner! It’s been in the forefront of all he does. Kenny announced that “TopperCrete” was no longer a dream but a reality. He decided to share his knowledge with “TopperCrete” is open for training; let the “Sculptor Extraordinaire” do what he does best, share his knowledge given by God's Holt Spirit!
