Happy Camper Award, Camp-Resort of the Year Nominee, and the Customer Service Award are a few of the recognitions that Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ at Daddy Joe's received in November at the annual Symposium event.
The Pinnacle Award is awarded to the Jellystone Park locations that received a rating 95% or higher on the annual assessment. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ at Daddy Joe's was one of four parks out of the 75+ locations that were named Camp- Resort Nominee of the Year. This is a highly sought after award that is presented to a park that exceeds all the Jellystone Park™ standards of operations. The park must be ranked in the Pinnacle Club, show a strong growth in business, implement sustained improvements to the facilities, and is viewed as a park that adheres to the three pillars of the brand: attractions, activities, and character interactions. The Customer Service Award is earned by parks that have an overall customer service score of 4.5 or higher in the guest satisfaction survey.
The Recreation Award is earned by parks that score 4.2 or higher in the guest satisfaction survey.
The Comfort Station Award is earned by parks that receive a perfect score in the comfort station area of the assessment.
