About Us

Neighbor to Neighbor is an award winning organization that works diligently to reduce the detrimental effects of loneliness among isolated homebound adults. Through a network of established community resources and the advancements in technology, we are able to identify needs among seniors and adults with disabilities. We work diligently to combat those through collaborative partnerships and programming services such as wellness calls, pantry food delivery, in home senior companionship and ttransportation.
