IMPORTANT - The Participant Meeting & Location Change
Just a reminder that we do have the mandatory participants meeting on
-- Tuesday, December 6, 2021 at 6:00PM --
The location of this meeting has been changed and will be held at the City of Conway Public Safety Facility.
City of Conway Public Safety Facility 1600 9th Avenue, Conway, SC
This meeting is mandatory. At the meeting, you will receive your parade decal. You MUST have this decal to get into the lineup area on the morning of the parade. You may send someone in your place to pick up the decal if you are not able to attend.
