Historical Marker Unveiled to Honor the Legacy of Horry-Georgetown Technical College
[Conway, S.C., January 29, 2026] – Horry-Georgetown Technical College (HGTC) leaders, employees, community members, and preservation partners gathered Thursday, January 29, at 9 a.m. on the Conway Campus to unveil an official state historical marker recognizing the College’s enduring legacy and its vital role in the region’s educational and economic development.
