Horry County First Steps Ribbon Cutting
In celebration of Story Walk week Horry County Memorial Library and Horry County First Steps are excited to announce the grand ribbon-cutting ceremony at Collins Park. Excitement fills the air as local officials, community leaders, and residents gather to mark the beginning of a program promoting literacy, reading, health, exercise, and movement for residents of the City of Conway.
