Friday Night Concert Series in Downtown Conway

Conway Downtown Alive is excited to announce Groovin’ on the Green, a Friday night concert series, on May 6, 13 and 20 in partnership with CCNB-Coastal Carolina National Bank and Palmetto Chevrolet.

Groovin’ on the Green is held at the Town Green at 200 Laurel Street from 7:30-9:00 PM Friday, May 6, 13 and 20.

This event features a different musical group nightly with the tunes beginning at 7:30 PM each Friday. Attendees are invited to bring a blanket or chair to enjoy the concert.

May 6 features the smooth sounds of the Special Blend Experience. Find yourself singing along on May 13 as the Bailey Road Band entertains with unique southern rock and Sawgrass plays bluegrass favorites on May 20. In addition to a variety of music, Chicora Car Club will host a classic car cruise-in each night with a People’s Choice trophy award sponsored by Palmetto Chevrolet.

Groovin’ on the Green is free. Attendees are encouraged to purchase food from local restaurants and to enjoy to-go beer and wine options from licensed Downtown establishments while at the Town Green.
