SUMMARY:2019 Riverfest: Golf Cart Parade Application
DESCRIPTION:The Golf Cart Parade is free to all whom want to enter a golf cart.\n	Each entry must have a licensed driver (17 years of age or older) to operating the cart.\n	Carts are not required to have a SC DMV permit during the parade. However\, carts are subject to the South Carolina Code of Law regarding permits and insurance while operating outside of the parade.\n	The parade lineup is at 11:00 a.m. \n\n \n\nTrophies: \n\nLiberty Bell Award   most original golf cart               |          Yankee Doodle Award   most spirited golf cart\n\nStars & Stripes Award   most patriotic golf cart        |          Statue of Liberty Award   overall golf cart winner\n\n \n\n \n\nAll awards shall be judged by independent and impartial jurors.  The decision of the judging panel shall not be subject to review.  Judging shall take place before\, during and after the event\, so be prepared and participate at all times.
